How long does your beef jerky stay fresh?
Our jerky is handcrafted in small batches and typically has a shelf life of 12 months when unopened. Once opened, we recommend consuming it within 3 days for maximum freshness, or refrigerating it to extend the flavor.
Is your beef jerky gluten-free?
We offer several gluten-free options, including our Old Fashioned Original and Sea Salt & Pepper flavors. Please check the specific product descriptions and ingredient labels for the 'Gluten-Free' certification mark.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to APO/FPO military addresses. Due to international customs regulations regarding meat products, we do not offer direct international shipping at this time.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or if the product arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are there any nitrates or nitrites in your jerky?
Many of our product lines, specifically our Old Fashioned and Tasting Kitchen series, are made without added nitrates or nitrites, except for those naturally occurring in ingredients like sea salt and celery powder.
